Today is Valentine’s Day, but in Ghana, we celebrate it as National 'Chocolate Day'.
Former Tourism and Diasporan Relations Minister, late Jake Otanka Obetsebi-Lamptey in 2007 instituted that February 14 would be celebrated as 'Chocolate Day' to promote the consumption of cocoa and chocolate products among Ghanaians.
