The Electoral Commission (EC) will take its turn to testify in the witness box today.
The baton has shifted to the commission following the closure of the case for both President Mahama and the NDC.
Dr. Kwadwo Afari-Gyan will mount the witness box, to testify in evidence-in-chief.
It is expected that the evidence given by the witness will give account of the 2012 Presidential election as well as give the Judges the chance to assess the substance of the petitioners case that the 2012 election was rigged in favour of President John Dramani Mahama.
