The Founder and Leader of the Liberal Party of Ghana [LPG], Kofi Akpaloo says his party will be contesting for the Ayawaso West Wuogon Parliamentary seat in the upcoming by-election.
The Ayawaso West Wuogon Parliamentary seat became vacant following the demise of Emmanuel Kyeremanteng Agyarko who was the legislator for the constituency on the ticket of the ruling New Patriotic Party [NPP].
He had been Member of Parliament since 2012.
Speaking to Peacefmonline.com, Kofi Akpaloo said his party has nominated one Mr Clement Boadi to contest the seat.
The young man [Clement Boadi] according to the party’s founder is capable of surprising both NPP and NDC on the election day.
Clement Boadi is currently doing ‘door-to-door’ campaign to canvas for votes.
