Isaac "Golden Eagle" Sackey, Ghana's World Boxing Organisation (WBO) Africa Junior Featherweight champion, has moved up to number 12 in the latest world rankings.
Sackey, who is scheduled to defend his title against highly rated countryman, Wasiru Mohammed on October 13, is also regarded as a major prospect for Ghana and potential world title winner.
Commenting on his fight against Mohammed, Sackey said, he was not up to his class and standard and noted that, he would use the fight to warm up for bigger challenges.
"Am looking forward to bigger challenges. I want to fight in Europe and America so this fight would be used as a stepping stone towards that.
"I want to enter the top 10 and Wasiru Mohammed cannot deny me my destiny.
“We are going to have a good fight and am going to teach him some new lessons in the game. He knows little boxing, I would teach him how to respect and knock him out," he boasted.
