A member of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Mr. Kwabena Sarpong has indicated that the response given by the Electoral Commission Boss, Madam Charlotte Osei indicates that the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) bribed the Electoral Commission ahead of the 2016 elections.
