THE NEW Patriotic Party (NPP) Member of Parliament (MP) for Krowor Constituency in the Greater Accra Region, Mrs Elizabeth Naa Afoley Quaye, has celebrated her birthday with the less-privileged in her constituency with a call on them to rely on her.
