DEPUTY MINISTER of Trade and Industry, Mr. Carlos Kingsley Ahenkorah, yesterday cut sod at Lorpleku for another factory for the Ningo Prampram District Assembly in the Greater Accra Region under government’s ‘One District, One-Factory (1D1F)’ policy.
