Resounding Vote For Akufo-Addo

Dr. Kwaku Afriyie, former Minister of Health under the Kufuor-led NPP administration, has urged delegates of the party to give Nana Akufo-Addo a resounding margin of victory in the presidential primary to send a clear message to all and sundry that the party is solidly united behind him. "The time for equivocation is over. Let us (Western Region delegates) give Nana Akufo-Addo our total endorsement, nothing short of 100% endorsement from the region," he said. He continued, "I bond with Nana Akufo-Addo on ideological reasons. This battle is not between Nana and Alan, because we know Nana has already won. It is between NPP and NDC, it is between good and evil. Give Nana Addo your maximum support." Dr Afriyie reiterated to the delegates that the Western Region will be the hub for Ghana's industrialisation under an Akufo-Addo presidency, and urged them to ensure that he becomes flagbearer and President of Ghana to ensure the realisation of this dream.
