The much awaited for National Delegates Congress of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) has almost come to an end with delegates currently casting their votes.
About 4000 delegates filled the Baba Yara Sports Stadium ready to cast their votes for their favourite candidate.

President John Dramani Mahama and his wife, the first Lady, Lordina Mahama arrived at the stadium about five minutes after the Vice President Paa Kwesi Amissah Arthur had arrived.
The former President and Founder of the party, Jerry John Rawlings was the last dignitary to arrive at the stadium.
In about an hour or two, voting would have ended and it will be followed by counting and declaration of results.
