Donald Trump’s inauguration crowds aren’t exactly huge.

While the ceremony is always filled with extravagance and scores of people, it appeared the incoming President saw significantly smaller crowds than Presidents past.

Trump on Friday was sworn in as the nation's 45th President of the United States outside the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C., with crowds failing to fill the grassy area of the National Mall until minutes before the swearing-in ceremony.
