The National Organizer of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) says Ghanaians shouldn't expect any new thing from the 2019 budget review presented by the Finance Minister in Parliament today.

According to Mr. Adams, the Akufo-Addo government is full of lies and inconsistency. 

"The previous budget (2017 and 2018) did not profit Ghanaians in any way. This government has failed Ghanaians as most citizens are currently living from hand to mouth due to economic challenges".

Speaking on Okay FM’s "Ade Akye Abia", Kofi Adams further said that the level of inconsistencies in the current administration transcend boundaries stating emphatically that "there is no clear direction. The government is in total confusion because today the President will say free SHS will be passed by the law and tomorrow Vice will say we don’t need law to pass free SHS..."

"There are a lot of unemployed nurses at home but this same government has by-passed them to create NABCO. The question is what will be the fate of the unemployed ones? We did not vote NPP into power to come and hold meeting upon meetings but to work for the betterment of Ghanaians", he added.
