Issah Abdul Rahman, the man who sustained gunshot wounds during yesterday’s shooting incident at the Ashanti Regional office of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in Kumasi, is now in a stable condition.
A source of the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH), where he is currently receiving treatment told the Ghana News Agency that he is responding to treatment.
Rahman, got seriously wounded in a shootout, which occurred at the said place and claimed one life.
The incident happened when gun-wielding men on motor-bikes stormed the Party’s premises and started shooting indiscriminately.
This was during a meeting of some national executive members and the Ashanti Regional heads of the Party.
