Founder of Jesus is the Solution Chapel International, Bishop John Yao Tsetse and his wife Angela Aseye Ama Tsetse, the administrator and marriage counsellor of the church stand accused of allegedly swindling 23 members of their church, Peacefmonline.com is reliably informed.

According to the information gathered at the office of the Public Relations Officer/CID, Deputy Superintendent of Police Ms.  Juliana Obeng, 23 members of Bishop John Yao Tsetse church have complained to the CID that between the months of July, 2018 and September, 2018 the suspect Bishop John Yao Tsetse collected various sums of money totalling Ghc268, 000 during counselling session under the pretext of giving them gold.

The complainants added that the suspect gave each of them a small stone concealed in a coconut with the guarantee that it will turn into a huge lump of gold after burying it for a couple of weeks but it never happened.

On 21st January 2019, the complainants jointly petitioned the Director-General, CID and the suspect was subsequently arrested and during interrogation and in his caution statement, the suspect Bishop John Yao Tsetse denied any knowledge of the allegations the complainants levelled against him.

The suspect however admitted to the fact that a lot of his church members give donations to the church during counselling session; further stating that some of the church members contribute to the church through MTN number.

Meanwhile, the mobile money transaction history obtained by police indicated that the said number was registered in the name of the second suspect, Mrs. Angela Aseye Ama Tsetse but she also stated that even though the number is registered in her name it has been given to the church as a donation line that any person who wishes to donate to the church can use it.

The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) of the Ghana Police Service is still investigating the case to unravel the truth in the allegation levelled against the founder of Jesus is the Solution Chapel International and his wife, the administrator and marriage counsellor.
