Rex Omar, a veteran musician, has said he is a deep Christian but does not attend church.

To Mr Omar, the level he has reached in his religious life goes beyond just going to church.

“There are levels of spiritual development but I have gone beyond believe to experience God,” he said.

Speaking on Adom FM’s Work and Happiness show, Mr Omar said he is still committed to the things of God though he does not go to church.

“I was once a member of the Assemblies of God Church but I no longer go to church though I am a deep Christian who worships God,” he said.

“I have four children who are Jehovah witnesses together with my wife,” he added.
