Ghana is to benefit from a one million dollar fund for a pilot initiative at reducing rural poverty.
The programme which has identified the potential of cassava for addressing food security will target the crop's value chain in the northern part of the country.
These were made known at a stakeholder's workshop on addressing rural poverty in Ghana through an integrated approach held in Accra.
