President John Mahama has called on foreign investors hoping to invest in Ghana and the African continent to develop partnerships “that would be a win - win for the continent’s people and those who wish to invest there.”
Delivering the keynote address at the third Times CEO Summit Africa in London on Tuesday, President Mahama stated suggested that the core of such investments “must be our investment in people and in the continuity of Africa’s success. We must make sure that jobs are being created for the people who need them now.”
Hosted by the UK’s ‘The Times Newspaper’, the summit, which started in 2011 has focused on reframing the debate around Africa and set an agenda for its growth.
