Hollard Insurance is South Africa’s largest privately-owned insurance group with turnover exceeding R15 billion.
The Insurance Group has an impressive track record in innovation for insurance distribution and product development.
Hollard has operations all over the world – including Australia, China, India, Botswana, Namibia, Zambia, Mozambique and now Ghana.
The acquisition means that Hollard Ghana will be able to tap into the vast experience that Hollard has built across the continent over the years.
At the rebranding event held in Accra, Lynda Odru, CEO of Hollard Insurance Ghana Limited, was confident the company would provide more value for its stakeholders
