Since the extension of the date for the deadline for Sim registration, most Ghanaians who have not registered have relaxed again because I see most of the registration centres empty now.
So I respectfully suggest to Hon Ursula Owusu to liaise with the Telcos in other to block all outgoing calls from non-registrants but can receive incoming calls and also allow receiving of mobile money but cannot withdraw if your Sim is not registered, these measures will push all non-registered persons to register within the time frame.
