Chelsea ran out narrow 1-0 winners over Swansea thanks to a brilliant curling effort from Cesc Fabregas to keep their Champions League hopes alive.
Spanish midfielder Fabregas gave Chelsea the perfect start after just four minutes, curling the ball into the top corner past former Arsenal team-mate Lukasz Fabianski after receiving the ball from Eden Hazard.
Swansea, who started the game in 17th just one point above the relegation zone, pushed for an equaliser but Antonio Conte's side stayed strong and held on to their 1-0 lead to keep their Champions League hopes alive.
