Thirty-two years after the first legendary Home Alone film hit our screens and some fans are just realising who the police officer at the start is.
Sergeant Larry Balzak, who only appeared at the start of the film, attempted to get someone's attention while the McCallister kids ran wild with no adults in sight.
The officer warned Kevin's father Peter that there are 'a lot of burglaries around the holidays', so he wants to make sure the family is taking the proper precautions.
