Aspiring presidential candidate of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Joe Ghartey, has built an Ambulance Bay for the Essikado District Hospital in the Western Region.
The bay is to house the Constituency Ambulance provided by the government under the one constituency one ambulance program.
This coming Monday, the bay is expected to be commissioned.
Mr Ghartey was the Minister for Railways Development in the first term of President Nana Akufo-Addo.
Sources close to Mr Ghartey says he is focused on assisting President Akufo-Addo’s government to succeed by playing his role as a Senior Parliamentarian whilst he laces his boots to contest the upcoming NPP Presidential Primaries.
