His Excellency, President John Evans Atta Mills, has arrived in Togo for a days working visit. He was welcomed at the airport by the President of Togo Faure Gnassingbe and some Togolese Ministers of State.
The elated Ghanaians in Togo who thronged the Gnassingbe airport to welcome President Mills and his entourage, expressed joy at seeing the president and also endorsed his bid for a second term.
According to them they are enjoying good relations with their brothers and sisters in Togo.
The President�s delegation includes deputy Energy Minister Inusah Fuseini, Deputy interior Minister Kobby Acheampong, Deputy Foreign Minister Chris Kpodo and some business delegation.
President Mills is expected to hold bilateral talks with his Togolese counterpart, address the Ghanaian community in Togo amongst a host of other meetings of mutual benefits.
The business delegation will meet with their Togolese counterparts and deliberate on issues of mutual interest.
Meanwhile, President John Evans Atta Mills is expected back in Accra this evening.
