The Supreme Court is expected to rule on Thursday on a case in which some people are challenging the EC over the formula it uses in creating new constituencies.
The EC is in the process of creating 45 new constituencies, but when it introduced a Constitutional Instrument (CI) in Parliament in that regard, some MPs on the minority side opposed it citing the pending court case.
The subsidiary legislation sub-committee of Parliament yesterday recommended that the CI be rejected citing some errors.
Speaking to GBC's Radio Ghana, the Acting Director of Public Affairs of the EC, Christian Owusu-Parry said the EC has rectified all anomalies.
