President John Mahama will join the people of Tamale on Tuesday, at a ceremony for the start of work on the Upgrading and Expansion of the Tamale Airport into an International Airport.
It is one of the many earmarked infrastructure improvement projects of the John Mahama Administration, and will be Ghana�s second international airport when completed.
As government works to turn Shea Nut into a major cash crop of the Northern Sector of the country, the abandoned Aboabo Supermarket is to be remodelled and completed for use as a Shea Nut Market.
President Mahama will be visiting the site for the market, tour an affordable housing project being undertaken by the Tamale Metropolitan Assembly and Commission a Rural Electrification Project at Kotingli
