The Ghana High Commission in Windhoek, Namibia has opened a Book of Condolence, from June 9 to June 10, 2015, in memory of the victims of the Accra flood and the Kwame Nkrumah Circle fire disasters.
This was in response to the Government of Ghana’s declaration of three days of national mourning.
A statement signed by the High Commissioner, Alhaji Abdul-Rahman Haruna Attah and copied to the Ghana News Agency (GNA) said Members of the Diplomatic Corps in Windhoek called to express their condolences and also sign the Book of Condolence.
