There is the need for aspirants in an election to fear voters, not ghosts because they can vote either way, Kweku Asare, a U.S.-based Ghanaian Professor has said.
His comment is in relation to the victory of Donald Trump of the U.S. Republican Party in that country’s presidential election.
On Monday, Prof Asare told Chief Jerry Forson, host of Ghana Yensom on Accra 100.5FM that he voted for Hilary Clinton and was optimistic that she would win to become the first female president of the United States of America.
However, Mrs Clinton lost. Prof Asare wrote on his Facebook page on Wednesday that: “Fear voters not ghosts! On the bright side, I get to relocate to mother Ghana.”
