The Food and Drugs Authority has advised Ghanaians to be extremely careful when purchasing hand sanitizers amid the fight against Coronavirus, also known as COVID-19.
The authority, in a release copied to Peacefmonline.com and signed by the Chief Executive Officer, Mrs. Delese A.A. Darko, noted that some of the hand sanitizers on the market have not been approved by her outfit, and "can be harmful".
“We must avoid patronizing unregistered sanitizers,” a portion of the statement said
