Ghana's COVID-19 active cases have reduced significantly according to the Ghana Health Service (GHS).
As of 29 August 2020, the active cases were 1,063. However recent update on the official website of the GHS indicates the current figure stands at 904.
Meanwhile, 41 new cases have been recorded with 43,478 patients recovered/discharged.
The number of deaths remains the same; 276 and the country's current cumulative figure stands at 44,658.
