An avalanche of discussions on LGBT filled the airwaves for over a week after it emerged that an office has been opened in Accra to promote their rights.
The gays and lesbians group has now expanded to LGBTQQIP2SAA (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning, queer, intersex, pansexual, two-spirit (2S), androgynous and asexual). This includes people who want to marry inanimate things.

On Monday's edition of the Platform programme hosted by Nana Yaw Kesseh on Peace FM, panel members expressed shock that 'a woman decided to marry a bridge' because of good vibration.
