The Tuesday's panel of "Kokrokoo'' on Peace FM have sent words of advice to all Ghanaians in the wake of the Coronavirus pandemic.
The panel comprising seasoned Journalist, Kwesi Pratt Jnr., the Dean of the School of Performing Arts at the University of Ghana, Professor Kofi Agyekum, popularly known as Opanyin Agyekum and the Chief Executive Officer of the State Transport Corporation Nana Akomea sought to allay the fears of Ghanaians with regard to taking the COVID-19 vaccine.
With those who have been vaccinated, there are reports of various side effects of the vaccines.
Some have complained of headache, fever, nausea among other side effects.
The side effects seem to have compounded the difficulties in encouraging people to be vaccinated.
The panelists, who have all taken the vaccine jab, have advised Ghanaians not to be afraid of the vaccine and shouldn't also be deceived by the naysayers making ridiculous claims against the vaccines.
Nana Akomea says Ghanaians must "have a common mind and go for the vaccine jab".
"It won't harm you or give you anything that will permanently harm you. Go and get vaccinated," he added.
Opanyin Agyekum also added his voice to the advocacy pleading with "everybody to go and get vaccinated".
Kwesi Pratt also gave similar advice and notable among the submissions by the panelists is that the side effects are scientific and normal reaction.
They also stressed it is a confirmation of the vaccine at work in the recipients.
They further noted that the vaccine is the surest antidote for the Coronavirus disease, hence encouraging all Ghanaians to get inoculated in order to rid the country of the pandemic disease.
