Lead Pastor of ICGC- the Harvest Temple in Sunyani, has announced the release of his first book, titled ‘Too Precious To Lose’.
The book, published early this year was launched on 11 April 2021, aims to help people identify, recover and make the best use of the missing pieces of their lives.
Speaking about the motivation behind the book, Rev. Ghansah said: “I wrote this book in response to an identified need people have, in dealing with and recovering from loss, from a Christian perspective.
The book takes a practical look at how life can best be maximised in spite of the loss.
“Humanity is bound to the law of death, science calls it the Law of Entropy. Life points towards decay and loss. We lose body parts, we lose friends and loved ones, we lose time. However, I believe there are certain things, which regardless the law of entropy, are simply too precious to lose and thus I provide some strategies for maintaining them.”
Some themes elucidated in the book include, how monotony (sticking to one routine all your life) can rob people of having great experiences and how through observation alone, people could learn more than they could ever imagine.
‘Too Precious To Lose’ is available on Amazon. Hard copies are also available at the Challenge Bookshops nationwide.
Alternatively, copies could be purchased at ICGC-The Harvest Temple, or simply call 0207113249 to arrange deliveries nationwide.
