Bishop David Oyedepo of the Living Faith World Outreach, aka Winners has spoken against criticism of Nigerian Pastors flying and owning jets.
Oyedepo while preaching in his church warned that speaking up against the church was a risk and attracted a curse.
He said “I have been flying jet before you went to school, you were in Jss1.
“We are not owing anybody, we have never taken loan from any bank, you better control your jealousy, sincerely.
“Raising your mouth against church of Christ is a risk and a curse
“Caution your mouth; the church is most value adding institution in Nigeria see how many universities churches are funding. Good management brought all this to place,” he said.

Oyedepo would usually coat the bible to back his argument, why is this case an exception ? Besides, Thank God he "let the cat out of the bag". Google, gives two definitions for the word CHURCH. The first one is defined as group of people following a particular faith. The second is defined as an institution. The question therefore is, do these pastors see the church as the first definition or as an institution ?. According to what Oyedepo said, it means it has always been about the institution and not the true Faith. So they preach prosperity and talk sweet to their congregation, and at the end collect the TITHS and OFFERINGS to continue running the institution - the profits ofcourse to continue with their lavish lifestyle. Ofcourse the most dumb person would not need a loan with such an establishment. IT IS A FAMILY BUSINESS BABE.
BLACK MEN OF GOD THEY ARE ALL THE SAME
Amazing! So when a person questions your source of wealth and lavish lifestyle, they would be cursed? Hmmmm! Why would you take a loan from a bank when you can get it from the impoverished congregation? Something is amiss here.
