The Chief Executive of the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority, DVLA, Justice Amegashie has asked Ghanaians especially those who drive and road users to exhibit responsible behaviour to save innocent lives.
Reacting to calls to review the issuance of licenses to prevent accidents in the country, Mr Amegashie catalogued a number of innovations introduced in recent times.
He lamented the negative attitude of drivers and other road users and appealed to all to be responsible.
