Dr Ngozi Iweala-Okonjo, Finance Minister and Coordinating Minister of the Nigerian Economy, is slated to deliver the second Global Development talk on Democratic Governance in Accra.
The lecture which is on the theme: �What Africa must do to own the 21st century,� starts on Friday February 22 to Saturday February 23 at the Accra International Conference Centre.
A statement signed by Mr Frank Agyekum, Spokesperson, of former President John Agyekum Kufour and copied to the Ghana News Agency, said Dr Iweala-Okonjo�s visit is at the invitation of the John A. Kufuor Foundation.
Mr Agyekum said on Friday 22 in the afternoon, Dr Iweala-Okonjo will hold a working launch with selected Cooperate Executives at the Movenpick Ambassador Hotel.
Dr Iweala-Okonjo will then call on the President John Dramani Mahama, the Vice President Paa Kwesi Amissah-Arthur and Mr Seth Tekper, Minister of Finance.
