Prophet Prince Kofi Okyere, President of the Faith Anointing International Ministries, has appealed to Ghana Police Service to step up their patrols to ensure that armed robbery is curbed.
He said the Police Service were doing well but there was the need for them to intensify their operations to bring the perpetrators to book.
Prophet Okyere made the appeal at the end of the "Holy Ghost Fire Conference of the church at Abokobi-Pantang. The six-day conference under the theme Destroying my enemies by fire was aimed at praying for peace and stability of the nation.
Prophet Okyere cited an example where a member of his church was robbed at a gun point at Amasaman in the Ga West Municipal Assembly on July 24 and all his belonging were taken away.
Prophet Okyere appealed to all to assist the law enforcement agencies in combating crime which he said had been on the ascendancy.
