Some commercial bus drivers at the Tema Station said they are satisfied with patronage of their buses but others said they are disappointed.
Mr Kwabena Akuffo, who plies the Accra/Aburi route, told the GNA that business had been better compared to how it was last year.
He said by mid-day 12 buses had left Accra for Aburi which is quite encouraging, adding that last year drivers had to wait for hours before loading their buses.
Mr Akuffo said his only concern was the traffic jam.
Mr Charles Benson, a Somanya bus driver, said patronage at the Somanya station was low.
He said in the past, they could allocate 10 buses to Somanya during the festive season but now the situation had changed.
