Why do we hurry to waste life and experience in Africa. We have long education system. We leave school to work only for a short time and retire. We waste knowledge and experience acquired when we retire those who have them. We replace them with inexperience and semi educated and get it all wrong only to begin again. We get our institutions stagnant without growing them. It is time to change our approach.
Is there no other competent person in the NIA apart from him?
WHY THE NEED TO? THIS GUY IS A FLOP. THE PRESIDENT SHOULD RELIEVE HIM OF HOS POST
