Most places in the Southern parts of the country are likely to experience prolonged dry weather for the rest of the year, the Ghana Meteorological Agency(GMet) has said. According to the Agency, rainfall for June, July, and August are expected to be below average.
Deputy Director and Head of Research and Applied Meteorology at the Agency, Mrs Francisca Martey however observed that at the very peak of the June, July, and August season, there could be heavy rains. –
