Vice President Kwesi Amissah-Arthur has challenged the youth to take full advantage and enhance themselves the opportunities that information communication technology provide.
He therefore advised them against using the internet for fraudulent activities like �419� or �sakawa�.
The Vice President gave the advise when he launched surfline, a broadband mobile internet provider in Accra.
It uses the latest 4G internet technology known as the Long Term Evolution, LTE.
Vice President Amissah-Arthur stressed the need to train the youth and equip them in order to get them prepared for the changing world as a result of globalization and ICT.
Vice President Amissah-Arthur was happy that Surfline has been operationalised at the time the service sector has become the leading contributor to the gross domestic product.
