The executive body of Amass Ghana have stormed the forecourt of Nsiana, a rural community located in the Amansie West district, Ashanti region, with what they call “PEACE EVERYWHERE” programme.
The programme according to the president, is to sensitize the Ghanaian populace mostly in the rural communities on the weighty of peace and also prep them on the need to maintain amity, before, during and after the impending November 7, polls.
Mr. Kofi Asamoah-Ababio, president of Amass Ghana noted that, the “peace everywhere” programme will be more of evangelism, adding that they have well trained personnel’s who will be meshing both the young and old on the streets, homes, churches, mosque, schools, market places and the ghetto youth.
“We will focus more on the ghetto youth because we are fed with fictitious rumours that, they are the trouble makers in most of our rural communities”.
The president of the non-governmental organization, Mr. Kofi Asamoah-Ababio entreated the general public to resist any attempt that will lure them to be brute in the upcoming general elections, consequently appealing to individuals, philanthropists, foreign agencies to come to their aid to enable them reach a larger mass.
