“I am very happy for my brother Salinko for such a bold decision. It is great to see industry players aspiring to be in the Parliament House. At least they can help to fight for our interest. We need our own representatives there”.
His comment followed confirmation by Rev Salinko that he would be running for the Parliamentary primaries of the Progressive People’s Party in the Atwima Kwanwoma Consistency of the Ashanti Region.
Kaakyire’s support for Salinko comes after that of a comedian and actor, Funny Face, who recently pledged his full support for the parliamentary aspirant.
