Am for NPP but the earlier the NPP leadership laces their boots the better. In as much as the NDC may not be the best alternative to govern, fact also is that the current NPP leadership is giving the NPP a lot of ammunition to fire in 2024 through their actions and inactions. To make matters worse some of the current appointees have soon forgotten where they are coming from and who and what they were before 2017. Some of them are behaving as if there will never be elections again so the ordinary party supporter don't matter. Meanwhile these are the very people the party is relying on to break the 8. You may be a minister, deputy minister, MMDCE or CEO but for some of these appointees none of their children if any are up to the voting age of 18. Question then is who's 18 year old son or daughter are you relying on to queue on voting day to vote for the NPP to break the 8. That common party supporter you don't respect today may have children who are above the voting age and these are the people who will determine whether you will continue to sit in that office as a minister, MMDCE or CEO. We have some appointees who cannot even win his/her polling station for the NPP and yet these are the ones full of arrogance, rude, full of empty pride, greedy and inward looking . I keep saying that if money / incumbency were the determinants of elections 2016 NDC would have won hands down. Human being is more important than money, power or influence, so look for human beings first before money and power. Money and power can leave you at anytime but the human beings you cherish will always be there. Ask John Mahama, he will tell you the importance of human beings. In 2016 what John Mahama lacked was human beings, not money, not power nor influence. Anything that happened yesterday can happen today and tomorrow. Fear people who are quiet, you never know what they are thinking, such people are very dangerous. Today majority of NPP supporters are quiet, fear them, they can be dangerous. What has changed such that the very NPP supporters who used to buy credit with their own money to call into radio and television phone in programmes to defend and propagate the achievements of the party have suddenly ceased . You don't go to battle with disappointed, hopeless , demotivated and empty handed troops and expect to be victorious. Pre 2017 , NPP partly supporters fueled their own means of transport, wasted precious man hours waiting for their presidential candidate or running mate sometimes into the middle of the night. Today same party supporters don't care whether the president or Vice President is in town and nobody is asking to know why forgetting that a day is coming when you will need them to do local campaigns, organize rallies and police the polling stations on Election Day. With all your money, your empty pride you don't have 39,000 children + of your own to man the 39,000 + polling stations in December 7 and you keep chanting 'break the 8'. Look for people when you don't have problems, if you wait to have a problem before you now begin to look for people, you won't get them. If government were to wait for buildings to catch fire before advertising for recruitment into the fire service or wait for arm robbers to strike before advertising for recruitment into the police service, Hahahaaaa, your guess is as good as mine. Hope the powers that be are listening.
This man is not serious at all he talks like a village chief
This clown and his cacophonous tone like a hungry hyena…he talks by heart.
Kwamena Duncan thinks he can talk his way into mainstream NPP politics. It is over for him Comments like the above on the new NDC executives show the depth of immaturity. Please Kwamina Duncan try and sow peace rather than always spewing such hatred in your speech.
