The Parliamentary Candidate elect for the Odododiodio Constituency on the ticket of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Alfred Nii Lantey Vanderpuije, has called for unity within the constituency for victory in 2012.
He believes the NDC can only retain the seat in the constituency if they unite and work hard.
Expressing his appreciation to the delegates for giving him the opportunity to lead them in the constituency, Nii Lantey Vanderpuije who is also a presidential aide, assured the electorate that he will do all he can to hold on to the Odododiodio seat.
Meanwhile, the incumbent MP, Jonathan Nii Tackie Komme has conceded defeat and pledged support for the presidential aide.
