The Supreme Court would resume hearing of the suit filed by Mr. Amidu against Alfred Woyome, Waterville Holdings and the Attorney General (AG) over the payment of judgement debts.
Martin Amidu, is seeking from the court, an order to be directed at Mr. Woyome, Waterville and Austro-Invest to refund to the Republic of Ghana, all sums of money paid to them severally or jointly upon or as a result of the unconstitutional conduct of the AG.
Mr. Amidu filed the writ independently at the Supreme Court because, according to him, the then Attorney General, Benjamin Kunbour, showed no interest in retrieving the illegitimate judgement debt.
