Vice President Kwesi Amissah-Arthur has had a close door meeting with Ivoirian President Alassan Quattara at the VVIP Lounge of the Kotoka International Airport.
President Quattara made a stopover in Accra enroute to Abijan after attending an investment conference with investors from the Gulf States in Dubai.
The Ivoirian leader who described Ghana as his home, said the conference was put together by the West African Monetary Union of the African Development Bank.
He said the eight French West African speaking countries, who are also members of UEMOA attended the conference.
President Quattara stated that the conference was successful as the Gulf States investors pledged to invest $20 billion in a number of projects in the eight West African nations.
