As if in a sharp response to President Mahama, the Gen. Secretary of the CPP has fired another salvo at His Excellency the President of the Republic of Ghana to lift his style of leadership and "make an impression on the minds of the many an ordinary Ghanaian that his wish, aim and deeds are towards the true realisation of a better Ghana."

Mr Ivor Kobina Greenstreet said this when he met members of the CPP in the Northern regional capital Tamale as part of a sensitization tour. The CPP Chief Scribe had been toured Kpandai, Wulensi, Bimbilla, Salaga North and South and spent a night in Salaga during the visitation.

At Bimbilla he said; Ghanaians are tired of the deceptions of the NDC and they cannot also trust the NPP. We are the only hope available. Only if we shall work together as one people entrusted with the responsibility of redeeming Ghana, we shall beat all of them at any elections in Ghana. Only the CPP speaks for Ghana because we love Ghana than them all. We must work also with our brothers and sisters in the PNC.

From Salaga, after the first day of the tour, he also visited Gushegu, Karaga, Nanton, Savelegu, Tamale North, South, and Central all in the bit to ascertain the levels of Polling Station and Constituency elections held as part of preparation towards the National Delegates congress of the Party later this year.

Mr Greenstreet, impressed with the work done so far charged the Constituency Executives elected to work hard to sell the Party to Ghanaians and present an alternative to the NDC/NPP duo who have occupied the political since the inception of the Fourth Republican dispensation.

Green, as the CPP faithful affectionately call him, tasked the regional executives to see to the expedition of the outstanding constituencies regarding the organization of congresses to elect new executives. He hinted that time was of essence as the present leadership have a limited to prepare for congress and hand over to a new Leadership to steer the affairs of the Party.
