NPP Communicator, Nana Boakye has asked President John Dramani Mahama to vacate the Flagstaff House and settle with him in his house.
Nana Boakye made this comment on Peace FM's "Kokrokoo" programme categorically requesting the President to just spend a night at his house or any other residential area in the country in order to experience the ongoing power shortages.
According to the NPP Communicator, affectionately called Nana B, President Mahama and his host of government officials are living cozy lifestyles; a reason why they cannot feel the pinch of what Ghanaians are experiencing as a result of the erratic electricity supply.
To him, "they are not feeling it" and so fail to provide a panacea for the situation.
Nana B lamented about the energy providers' inability to rectify the challenges in the energy sector.
He wants the President "to come and sleep at his place at Achimota. I will give you my house to experience the bustle of mosquitoes because where you are; everywhere you pass is always illuminated…Mr. President, you just come and sleep there."
