A Consultant, Kudjo Akpabey who was involved in the Bankswitch case has called for the prosecution of Foreign Minister, Hannah Tetteh and a former Finance Minister, Dr Kwabena Duffour for the abrogation of contract awarded to Destination Inspection Companies (DICs).
According to him, once late President John Evans Atta Mills had given the go ahead to I.T solutions provider, Bankswitch, Hannah Tetteh and Dr Duffour 'had no business cancelling the contract".
Speaking to Kwami Sefa Kayi, Akpabey indcated that the conduct of Hannah Tetteh who was then the Trade and Industry Minister and Dr Duffour has caused financial loss to the state and wonders why they are still walking freely.
"It looks like we clouded with Spio Garbrah’s letter; the issue is who caused this judgement debt that is what we must address. The one who caused this judgement debt is a candidate for prosecution. Dr Duffuor and Hannah Tetteh needs to answer. We need to drag them to court to answer because they had no business cancelling the contract" he said.
