The opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) has appointed former National Chairman, Peter Mac Manu, to lead the party’s 2016 campaign team.
Former General Secretary and Member of Parliament (MP) for Okere, Dan Botwe is also part of the campaign team.
This decision was made at a meeting of National Council members, Wednesday.
Communication Director of the NPP, Nana Akomea indicated in an interview on PEACE FM morning show 'Kokrokoo' that National Youth Organiser of the party, Sammy Awuku, Acting General Secretary John Boadu and all national executives of the party are members of the campaign team.
Meanwhile, the campaign team will be outdoored at the party's upcoming conference in Sunyani.
