The Government and Hospital Pharmacists Association (GHOSPA) has indicated that its members will embark on a strike from September 5.
The group says it has given the National Labour Commission up to September 5 to address its concerns with regard the fixing of discrepancies in its members’ Single Spine Salary Structure (SSSS).
The group says it cannot understand why its market premium is different from those enjoyed by other pharmacists in the public sector.
Its members also say they have qualms about certain working conditions which have not been addressed despite several clamours to that end.
